As our Creative Director, you make the biggest impact by pushing others to the edge, getting big ideas to the surface and then believing in and owning the development of those ideas. You inspire the team to go further. You collaborate with our digital team to identify innovative platforms where great ideas can come to life. You work closely with our strategy team to find unique, compelling insights. And you partner with our accounts team to deliver extraordinary thinking that changes the status quo for our clients. Your skillset is critical to our work because you are constantly on the lookout for new ways to inspire creative solutions and for new vehicles that will help our stories unfold.  What has been a poster or video today might be a VR installation or an immersive experience tomorrow. Pushing the edge of our creative and formats within Black Sheep will be key. As our Digital Analyst, you are someone who sees numbers like the way a pianist looks at sheet music. You know that each and every digital move we make can create harmony or set things out of tune. When your bottom line is activating people around things that matter and big change is at stake, the data tells us how far we’ve come and how far we still have to go. As our Copywriter, you will work with words to elicit an emotional response that leads to action. You’ll be part of a team of enthusiastic problem solvers, inventing and delivering new brand experiences for our clients. In this position you will leverage your love of writing and strong conceptual background to deliver crisp and eloquent ideas, challenging the team to do the same. You’ll confidently manage multiple projects on several campaigns at once while remaining flexible, positive and detail oriented through revisions. Apply for our Copywriter role here.

As a Social Media and Content Manager, you thrive on telling stories and building connection. You see social media as a way to do that creatively and effectively, knowing that each platform has its own nuance and fluency. You help explain the mission of our clients and agency through content. You give our audiences a chance to interact with our agency and clients on a more personal level through day-to-day interactions and relationship building.
